Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction services, training the team, completing documentation, and verifying compliance with standards and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and compliance of construction services 2. Conducting training sessions and completing SGQ documentation 3. Ensuring compliance with Performance Standards and occupational safety **Responsibilities** * Monitor and inspect construction services. * Conduct training sessions with the construction team. * Monitor and record concrete traceability. * Complete documentation relevant to the SGQ. * Monitor and assist in material receipt, organization, and identification. * Ensure that construction services performed comply with the implemented Procedure, and verify that they are being checked through the Service Verification Process; * Verify that equipment used on-site is maintained and calibrated as scheduled, using Preventive Maintenance Schedules and Calibration Forms; * Verify that occupational safety procedures are implemented on-site; * Ensure the project complies with the Performance Standard guidelines; * Report any improvement needs to the Quality Management System coordination. Prepare meeting minutes and propose improvements when necessary; * Monitor whether active suppliers are qualified and evaluated according to criteria established with management. * Identify and record Non-Conformities in services performed across all departments related to the SGQ; * Control distribution and revisions of project documents; **Qualifications** Civil engineering degree.
