What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** * Develop and implement **production processes** to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Apply **Lean Manufacturing** and **Six Sigma** techniques to identify and eliminate waste in the production line. * Monitor performance indicators (**KPIs**) to ensure process quality and productivity. * Plan and control production capacity using **Production Planning and Control (PPC)** tools. * Conduct layout and material flow analyses to improve internal logistics and cycle time. * Implement automation and technology solutions to modernize production. **?? How You Will Interact and Impact** * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop continuous improvement and innovation projects. * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions to disseminate best practices and promote a quality culture. * Participate in developing strategies to enhance the company’s competitiveness and sustainability. * Communicate results and insights to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making. **Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Advanced proficiency in Portuguese; technical English is considered a plus. * Industrial experience **?? Technical Competencies** * Solid experience in **Lean Manufacturing** and **Six Sigma**. * Advanced knowledge of **ERP** systems and **Production Planning and Control software**. * Proficiency in **statistical analysis tools** and **process simulation**. * Ability to develop and implement **continuous improvement methodologies**. **?? Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical profile with strong results orientation. * Teamwork skills and clear communication ability. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving problems. * Adaptability and critical thinking for dynamic environments. **??
