Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and controlling production, analyzing performance indicators, monitoring processes, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement. Continuous improvement of production processes * Plan and control production according to demand and company capacity * Analyze performance indicators and propose process improvements * Monitor production activities, identify deviations, and propose solutions * Prepare performance reports and present results to the team * Participate in alignment meetings with involved departments * Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in production planning and control * Knowledge of production management tools * Ability to analyze data and prepare reports * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Proficiency in Excel and PCP systems * Postgraduate degree in Production Management * Experience in plastic manufacturing companies * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing * ERP system knowledge Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.400,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
