We currently have an opportunity for a Overhead Network Maintenance Supervisor role.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply and feel free to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and safe execution of revitalizations and implementations in accordance with the organization’s established technical, operational, and quality standards; * Develop and implement improvements to maintenance and Trivia system operation processes and services, ensuring adoption of appropriate procedures and contributing to business continuity, facility safety, and user satisfaction; * Ensure team training and development by promoting technical, operational, and behavioral training, while continuously monitoring and controlling customer service and maintenance activities to guarantee operational excellence and safety; * Manage maintenance resources and civil structures, ensuring their availability, proper functioning, and integrity through effective execution of the maintenance plan and contractual and administrative management of the area; * Actively participate in administrative processes, supporting the development of plans, procedures, and procurement programs for materials and personnel selection, as well as assisting in manual revisions and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Refrigeration, or Industrial Automation; * Experience or background in team supervision and leadership; * Knowledge or experience in overhead network maintenance; * Availability to work day and/or night shifts; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Driver’s license (Category B). **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge or experience in railway overhead network maintenance; * Residence near operational lines (**Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade);** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * SAP knowledge. **Additional Information** Benefits: Medical assistance (Sulámerica) Meal allowance: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation allowance Profit-sharing program (PLR) **Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
