**Job Description:** **Position:** Operator I **Location:** Mogi Mirim \- SP **Job Summary:** Ensure that Manufacturing operational objectives are achieved efficiently using the factory's available resources safely and with quality, serving as the point of contact and support for Production Assistants and Operator I regarding the metrics established by the Production area. What are we looking for? * Completed High School; * Technical/Vocational training; * Belt Certification; * Forklift operation training; * Experience in production processes; * Experience operating machinery/equipment is a plus; * Knowledge of TPM; * Availability to work on Shift B – 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM; * We seek an innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well-being of our end consumers.
