If you are interested and wish to join this team that works daily to keep Brazil moving — connecting industries and people — Let’s get started then... **WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT:** * Perform operational area activities, preparing and organizing documents to contribute to process improvement and enhancement, standardization, and service quality delivered by the Company. * Support Operational Quality Control by conducting audits, entering data into systems with appropriate follow-up actions, and ensuring data quality and reliability. * Monitor processes and mediate resolutions with clients and branches, contributing to problem resolution and delivering the best possible service to all involved parties. * Assist in tracking performance and effectiveness indicators. * Be responsible for sending information to branches and assisting in necessary reporting by relaying incident-related information. * Assist in monitoring and resolving pending alerts currently open in the system. * Analyze reports. * Participate in meetings/training sessions, fulfilling scheduled hours, and make verbal contact with peer teams when requested.
