All our services comply with strict protocols aligned with certifications meeting the highest standards in Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health (QSMS) and ESG. **Responsibilities and Duties** Record daily attendance—including employee entry and exit times, absences, and tardiness—monitor overtime hours, and ensure records are ready for HR to finalize payroll processing. Assist in organizing documents such as PPE records and safety onboarding forms. Log work performed at each job site (e.g., concrete volume poured, area restored, pipelines installed). Monitor fuel consumption and equipment productivity—whether rented or company-owned. The timekeeper is responsible for closing Service Orders (SOs) and entering data via mobile devices in the field. Collect and consolidate information serving as the basis for monthly measurement; if required, the timekeeper may also assist in recording incoming and outgoing critical materials to prevent waste. Report discrepancies between planned and executed work to engineers and site supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Extremely detail-oriented profile with strong data accuracy focus, and good communication skills to interact effectively with both field teams and management.
