We are looking for a professional to work on pneumatic manipulator projects in a dynamic environment, with strong emphasis on the automotive sector (OEMs and auto parts suppliers). What You’ll Find Here: \- Challenging projects with high technical standards \- End-to-end involvement: from design to field validation \- Real autonomy to lead projects \- Direct contact with factory and client \- Practical, dynamic environment with high demand volume Your Day-to-Day: \- Design pneumatic manipulators and industrial devices \- Create CAD models and technical details \- Oversee equipment assembly at the factory \- Provide technical guidance to the assembly team \- Participate in testing, validation, and field installation \- Interact with clients during project execution \- Manage multiple projects simultaneously What We’re Looking For: \- Solid experience with pneumatic manipulators \- Experience in industrial projects (automotive experience is a plus) \- Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Inventor \- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly) \- Autonomous, proactive profile with strong communication skills Advantages: \- Experience in industrial automation \- Interest in working with ZWCAD (company provides training) Important Notes: \- Willingness to travel nationwide \- On-site work \- Availability for overtime (compensated) Compensation and Benefits: Salary: To be discussed After 3 months: possibility of salary increase Transportation allowance + meal allowance at restaurant 100% coverage of travel expenses Paid overtime Year-end break Employment Model: CLT or PJ (flexible, with potential for permanent hiring) Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
