Responsibilities: * Assist the mason with daily tasks * Prepare mortar, concrete, and other materials * Transport materials and tools around the construction site * Perform cleaning and organization of the worksite * Support minor construction tasks Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred * Good physical stamina * Commitment and responsibility * Ability to work well in a team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience on construction sites (even informal) * Basic courses in civil construction * Familiarity with tool usage Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
