




GS Inima Brasil | Mogi Mirim - SP | On-site Job Description Responsible for analyzing service orders (SOs) and defining execution priorities for mechanical maintenance. Assists in requesting supplies, participates in evaluating operational improvements, and performs assembly, lubrication, and alignment of equipment. Conducts tests, collects operational data, maintains structures, and records technical information in SOs. Strictly adheres to safety and quality procedures, using PPE and participating in training sessions. Performs related tasks as required by leadership. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1.5-hour lunch break / Saturdays 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM Responsibilities and Duties * Analyze occurrences in SOs (Service Orders) related to the need for mechanical maintenance services, establishing priorities. * Assist in preparing supply requisitions for the mechanical maintenance area. * Assist in identifying mechanical defects and/or abnormalities through recording inspection and test results. * Collaborate with coordination to assess improvements in equipment operation, maintenance, and installation, aiming to reduce maintenance costs and increase operational productivity. * Perform activities related to the mechanical maintenance area, carrying out services on motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, and general station equipment. * Perform mechanical assembly and adjustments on machines, equipment, and low-complexity structures, according to prior planning and direct supervision. * Identify materials required to perform services and request them from the Area Coordinator/Supervisor. * Correctly assemble pumps, verifying whether flow rate has changed, checking for possible abnormalities in pump components (rotor, shaft, stator), and inspecting for abnormal vibrations and noises; * Lubricate equipment according to the maintenance plan. * Align motors and conduct preventive inspections, checking for abnormalities such as vibrations or unusual operating noises, and verifying lubrication status. * Perform structural maintenance tasks, including painting of metallic and civil structures, equipment cleaning, clearing obstructions, and organizing work areas. Requirements and Qualifications **Required Education:** Completed Technical School Diploma **Fields of Study:** Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Industrial Automation Technician, Electrical Engineering Technician. **Additional Requirements:** Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category "B".
