Description

Job Summary: Perform hydraulic maintenance, supervise carpentry, joinery, and masonry work, and carry out other maintenance tasks and support for the manager. Key Highlights: 1. Perform hydraulic maintenance and general repairs 2. Assist with carpentry, joinery, and masonry services 3. Support the Maintenance Manager Perform hydraulic maintenance tasks, including inspecting the functionality of installations, cleaning and replacing filters, unclogging drains, sinks, toilets, and executing other assigned repair tasks for installations; Supervise and assist in general carpentry, joinery, and masonry work, repairing cracks and fissures, waterproofing surfaces, restoring paintwork, replacing ceramic tiles, repairing furniture, ceilings, doors, and windows, fixing partitions, and performing various adjustments; Use, under supervision, appropriate tools and equipment for each type of activity; Clean and organize areas where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, eliminating waste and stains; Occasionally perform welding tasks. Ensure proper care and preservation of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services; Provide support to the Maintenance Manager in other duties relevant to the position.
