Job Summary: Support maintenance technicians in performing inspections, repairs, component replacements, and maintaining an organized work environment, in compliance with safety regulations. Keep tools and the workplace organized and clean Assist maintenance technicians and professionals in inspection, repair, and component replacement tasks for equipment and systems. Maintain tools and the workplace organized and clean, ensuring all items are ready for use. Lubricate machines and equipment, and adjust parts according to specific instructions, contributing to wear prevention. Perform visual inspections on machines, equipment, and the building to identify potential failures or wear, reporting any irregularities to the supervisor. Maintain detailed records of performed activities, such as repairs, replacements, and inspections, ensuring information is available for maintenance history. Follow safety regulations, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adopting practices that promote a safe working environment. **Requirements:** Completed High School Education Knowledge of building painting.
