Main responsibilities: Will provide support to the technical team (maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration), assisting with corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. This includes activities such as assembly and disassembly of equipment, cleaning, transportation, installation, and testing, as instructed by technicians. The assistant will be responsible for ensuring that necessary tools and materials are readily available, and for assisting in the execution of maintenance tasks according to the team's instructions.
