Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for technical management, projects, and maintenance of industrial equipment at a packaging company, with a focus on continuous improvement. Join our team and continue this journey with us! **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical management of solvent recovery plants; * Industrial equipment projects, installations, and improvements; * Corrective, preventive maintenance, and scheduled inspections; * Technical interface with manufacturers and suppliers; * Management of KPIs, costs, energy inputs, and investments; * Work with flexographic and rotogravure printers, laminators, slitters, and finishing equipment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control and Automation Engineering; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance and projects; * Experience in packaging or chemical industries (preferred); * Advanced English; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Protheus is preferred); * Availability to work at the Cabreúva unit and occasionally at our Laminates unit.
