Register and track interactions in the system, ensuring a complete history. Support after-sales demands and incident handling. Provide basic technical guidance regarding products and processes. Stay updated on policies, products, and procedures. Act with a professional, empathetic, and collaborative attitude. Bachelor's degree required.
