Job Summary: Technically manage solvent recovery plants and equipment, focusing on industrial projects, installations, and improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Technical management of solvent recovery plants and equipment. 2. Engineering projects, installations, and improvements of industrial equipment. 3. Work with flexographic and rotogravure printing presses, laminators, and slitters. We are seeking a Project and Maintenance Engineer to perform technical and operational management of solvent recovery plants and equipment in the flexible packaging segment. Key Responsibilities: \- Technical management of solvent recovery plants. **\-** Engineering projects, installations, and improvements of industrial equipment; \- Corrective, preventive maintenance, and scheduled inspections; \- Technical interface with manufacturers and suppliers; \- Management of KPIs, costs, energy inputs, and investments; \- Work with flexographic and rotogravure printing presses, laminators, slitters, and finishing equipment. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering. **\-** Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and projects. \- Experience in packaging or chemical industries (preferred) \- Advanced English proficiency \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Protheus is preferred) \- Willingness to work at the Cabreúva facility and occasionally at our Laminated Products facility.
