Develop and manage process monitoring schedules **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor real estate rectification processes for clients' portfolios. * Conduct technical analyses of land and properties to prepare reports, rectifications, sidewalk donations, and other related services. * Develop and manage process monitoring schedules, ensuring analysis and dispatch tracking at notary offices. * Keep clients regularly and clearly informed about process status. * Request and organize documentation required for preparing technical reports and real estate rectifications. * **CAD Knowledge:** Essential skill for performing tasks. **Requirements and Preferences:** * Prior experience with rectifications and land analysis will be considered a plus. * Completed or ongoing degree in **Architecture**, **Civil Engineering**, or **Surveying**. * Collaborative profile, capable of teamwork and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
