KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the sales team in prospecting new customers, maintaining active accounts, and preparing customized commercial proposals; Understand customer needs and assist in defining technical solutions based on our portfolio of sensors and automation systems; Serve as the point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring efficient and timely communication; Assist in preparing market reports, analyzing trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands; Produce and organize technical and commercial materials, such as presentations, quotations, and follow-up documents; Participate in internal trainings and product demonstrations, providing basic customer support when required.
