Industrial Engineering Coordinator

Description

**Responsibilities:** Coordinate new product industrialization projects jointly with R\&D and Production; Develop and review factory layouts to improve production flow, ergonomics, and operational optimization; Conduct productive capacity analyses, factory occupancy assessments, and line balancing; Coordinate time and motion studies to increase productivity; Manage projects related to fixtures, tools, and production equipment; Identify opportunities for industrial automation and modernization; Optimize production resources, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency; Coordinate industrial feasibility analyses for new projects and investments; Monitor industrial KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, and factory capacity; Collaborate with PCP, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure operational stability; Lead initiatives related to factory infrastructure improvement and lean manufacturing. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in industrial engineering, production processes, and continuous improvement; * Experience in managing industrial KPIs and processes; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, time and motion studies, and line balancing; * Knowledge of process development, industrial fixtures, and layout design; * Proficiency in process analysis and improvement tools; * Familiarity with ERP systems and industrial KPIs; **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields; Experience in medical equipment, dental equipment, or electro-electronic industries; * Knowledge of industrial automation and Industry 4\.0; * Advanced English proficiency. **Our Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * On-site Restaurant️ * Medical and Dental Plans * Transportation Allowance or Commuter Pass * On-site Parking️ * Life Insurance ❤️ * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) Wellhub (Gympass) ️‍* ️ * Language Course Support * Tuition Reimbursement Program
