We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to support the monitoring of outsourced cleaning, conservation, and maintenance services at the hospital, contributing to well-organized, safe environments that comply with the institution's quality and hygiene standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor services performed by outsourced cleaning, conservation, and maintenance teams;
* Verify whether environments are being cleaned and organized in accordance with the institution's established standards;
* Conduct rounds throughout hospital areas to identify needs related to cleaning, maintenance, conservation, or organization;
* Guide and align requirements with personnel from outsourced companies;
* Record incidents, pending items, non-conformities, and corrective action needs;
* Monitor the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance;
* Track service delivery, deadlines, and standards agreed upon with suppliers;
* Support contract, document, service request, and schedule management related to outsourced services;
* Assist in verifying and controlling materials and products used by the teams;
* Support the organization of rooms, events, meetings, and other operational requirements;
* Maintain communication with suppliers, service providers, staff, and internal departments;
* Assist with administrative routines in the Hospitality Department;
* Contribute to the preservation, safety, organization, and professional appearance of hospital environments.
