Controlling and organizing waste disposal * Keep the yard clean and organized (sweeping, collecting garbage, maintaining external spaces) * Perform minor external maintenance (replacing light bulbs, tightening screws) * Assist in organizing materials, tools, and yard items. * Assist with loading and unloading light materials when necessary. * Control and organize waste disposal. * Maintain cleanliness of external common areas, such as parking lots, corridors, and building surroundings. * Support other departments when requested.
