Job Summary: A professional to supervise, monitor, and control service execution, prepare reports, and monitor productivity on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Productivity monitoring and performance indicator management ***Job Description:*** * Supervise and monitor service execution; * Conduct measurements and control physical progress of activities; * Prepare daily reports and construction monitoring spreadsheets; * Monitor productivity and support performance indicator management. ***Requirements:*** * Technical qualification in Building Construction and/or currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Residence in Ipojuca/PE or Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE; * Experience in quality control and construction finishing; * Basic understanding of construction budgeting and costing. ***Desirable:*** * Familiarity with planning tools (*MS Project, Power BI, or similar*); * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. ***Additional Information:*** * Competitive market-based salary \- Please indicate your salary expectation; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Working hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
