Job Summary: The Endomarketing Assistant will support internal communication, strengthen employee engagement, and contribute to a closer, more integrated, and welcoming organizational culture. Contribute ideas for engagement initiatives and campaigns We are seeking an Endomarketing Assistant to support internal communication activities, strengthen our employees' engagement, and contribute to an increasingly close, integrated, and welcoming culture. **Your Responsibilities:** * Support the planning and monitoring of endomarketing campaigns; * Create physical and digital materials for internal communication; * Support content production for social media, LinkedIn, and institutional channels; * Contribute ideas for internal initiatives, commemorative dates, and engagement campaigns; * Support the organization of the internal publication and communication calendar; * Conduct photo and video documentation during events, activities, and daily hotel operations; * Monitor content across the brand’s digital channels, websites, and OTAs. **What We’re Looking For:** * Creativity, organization, and strong communication skills; * Proficiency with social media platforms and digital tools; * Strong writing ability and attention to detail; * Proactive, collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn; * Interest in internal communication, organizational culture, and employee experience; * Familiarity with Canva, basic image/video editing, and content creation is desirable; * Availability to work onsite in Recife/PE. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * TotalPass; * Special breakfast at the hotel during your birthday month; * Collaborative and welcoming work environment; * Opportunities for learning, growth, and professional development.
