Continuous improvement of processes and equipment performance **Schmersal Brasil** is seeking candidates for the **Electromechanical Technician** position to work in **Boituva/SP.** The Electromechanical Technician I is responsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance activities on industrial equipment, ensuring machine reliability, safety, and availability. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues, conducting periodic inspections, performing adjustments and calibrations, and contributing to continuous process and equipment performance improvement. **Responsibilities** * Perform inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. * Calibrate, adjust, and test machines and equipment. * Interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Record activities in the ticketing system and complete technical reports. * Comply with safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35\). * Suggest improvements to processes and equipment. **Equipment Supported** * Injection molding machines * Machine tools (lathes, milling machines, CNC) * Electronic component manufacturing lines **Requirements** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems. * Proficiency with measurement and testing tools. * Familiarity with ticketing systems and maintenance routines. * Availability to work on-site and across different shifts. **Preferred Qualifications** * NR\-11 (forklifts and overhead cranes). * Experience with CNC machines and automated production lines.
