We are a company specialized in delivering customer satisfaction by enabling electricity bill reduction and sustainability through photovoltaic solutions. We serve residential, commercial, and industrial clients, providing comprehensive services ranging from design and installation to energy management solutions. **Job responsibilities include**: * Installing photovoltaic systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures, ensuring all steps are executed precisely and in compliance with safety standards; * Safely and efficiently routing cables and hoisting equipment; * Properly mounting solar panels to ensure stability and optimal performance; * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on already-installed photovoltaic systems; * Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, offering technical support and responding to any questions that may arise; * Following instructions from the responsible technician, adhering to project guidelines and ensuring work quality; * Conducting site visits to assess the feasibility of solar system installations, analyzing roof conditions and other relevant variables. **Job Requirements:** * Prior experience in metal installation, metalworking, or industrial installations at height is preferred; * Basic knowledge of electrical installations and familiarity with technical safety standards such as NR35 and NR10; * Ability to work on rooftops, handle working at heights, and adapt to various roof types and structures; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Completed high school education; * Proactive, committed, and responsible attitude toward task execution; * Strong teamwork skills, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$2\.148,65 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$450.00; * Life insurance; * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour-and-30-minute lunch break; Saturdays as required.
