**Responsibilities and Duties**
As an **Electrical Engineer**, you will:
* Develop and oversee electrical projects based on definitions outlined in the technical proposal and client site survey.
* Perform technical standards analysis, prepare equipment lists, conduct demand calculations, size electrical loads, draft cable calculation memoranda, etc.
* Prepare grounding grid designs, equipment specifications, technical opinion analyses, electrical installation designs, installation material specifications, equipment layout plans, interconnection diagrams, functional diagrams, single-line diagrams, and three-line diagrams.
* Conduct electrical equipment tests at factories, field tests, and start-up.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Required Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
Desired Knowledge:
* Agile methodology knowledge is desirable; and/or Critically evaluate, design, plan, and specify electrical, electronic, and telecommunications systems and equipment, and develop their technical documentation; and/or
* NR10 certification and relevant work experience; and/or Coordinate and supervise project execution, studying and proposing process improvement solutions; and/or
* Proficiency in project life cycle processes; and/or Prepare automation projects interfacing with other disciplines; and/or Coordinate automation project implementation; and/or Knowledge of control systems, expert systems, conventional and intelligent instrumentation, PIMS, automation systems, and/or technology; and/or
* Proficiency in computer applications and industry-specific software; Significant project management experience, including traditional methodologies (PMP certification preferred) and agile methodologies (Scrum certification preferred);
* Industrial maintenance management knowledge (concepts and techniques), maintenance engineering and reliability (TPM, RCM, FMEA, FTA, LCC, MCC, etc.);
* Familiarity with best maintenance management practices, failure analysis, and reliability; Understanding of maintenance planning, procurement, scheduling, control, and execution processes;
* Proficiency in asset management methodologies and related standards (PAS 55 and ISO 55000); Knowledge of reliability and maintainability-related standards and equivalents (NBR 5462, 5410, applicable regulatory standards, SAI JA1011/12, IEC60300-3-11);
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings;
* Experience in electrical project development;
* Knowledge of electrical equipment and materials;
* Knowledge of electrical, industrial, and power systems;
* Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting software;
* Basic knowledge of automation and instrumentation;
* Knowledge of occupational safety standards;
* Knowledge of electrical equipment inspection;
* Field start-up knowledge;
* NR10 knowledge;
* NR10 SEP – High Voltage certification is desirable.
* Valid CREA registration.
