The professional will be responsible for supporting the organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the shopping mall’s food court, ensuring a pleasant, clean, and orderly environment for customers. They will directly provide support services to the public, contributing to the quality of visitors’ experience and the smooth operation of the space. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other support areas within the food court; * Organize and maintain furniture alignment according to established standards; * Collect trays, utensils, and waste left on tables; * Assist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the environment throughout the mall’s operating hours; * Support customers by guiding them on appropriate use of the space; * Respond promptly to operational demands, contributing to overall organization and enhancing customers’ experience; * Safeguard equipment and materials used in daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Ability to skate; Strong communication skills and courteous public interaction; Agility, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Teamwork orientation; Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; Previous experience in customer service, cleaning, or operational roles is desirable. **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance; Meal Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Totalpass. **WHO WE ARE** For 50 years, we have been driven by excellence and a steadfast commitment to continuously achieving results.
