By joining our team, you contribute to a greener future and participate in a mission that transforms the energy sector. **We are hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at NETZ Energia!** We are looking for someone dynamic, organized, and with excellent communication skills to support office administrative activities and provide customer service assistance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor tickets via Octadesk; * Provide first-level customer service, delivering information and routing requests to responsible parties (e.g., duplicate invoice issuance, responding to all customers, understanding customer needs, handling website-related inquiries, processing cancellation requests); * Manage and respond to emails and phone calls courteously and promptly; * Generate targeted leads through partnerships and meetings; * Provide commercial administrative support. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative and/or customer service roles; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Must reside in São Paulo or its metropolitan area.
