Technical decision-making and client relationship management Position: **Electrical Supervisor – LGS Engineering (Nova Odessa/SP)** The **LGS Engineering** company is seeking an **Electrical Supervisor** to provide technical and operational leadership for field teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and company-standard-compliant execution of electrical engineering and automation projects. **Education** * Technical or Higher Education degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Automation, or related fields. **Technical Requirements** * Experience in industrial electrical installations, panels, infrastructure, and automation. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, project documents, and technical specifications. * Knowledge of NR10, NR12, and other applicable regulations. * Monitoring and supervision of electrical construction projects. * Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency for controls and reporting. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise electrical field teams, ensuring productivity and safety. * Assign tasks, guide technicians, and ensure compliance with project specifications. * Monitor schedules, control man-hours, and report progress. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with regulations and procedures. * Conduct inspections, tests, and release of electrical services. * Support engineers and managers in technical decision-making. * Monitor supplies, tools, and material requirements. * Engage in client and site coordination as needed. * Prepare monitoring reports and periodic updates for management. **Ideal Profile** * Proactive leadership and focus on team performance. * Organized and technically rigorous. * Clear and assertive communication. * Attention to detail and strong commitment to safety. **Additional Requirements** * Residency in Nova Odessa/SP or surrounding region. * Brazilian driver’s license, category B. * Availability for **travel and field work.** **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Health and dental insurance * Pharmacy benefits * Gas allowance * Gympass * Career development plan * Group life insurance **Salary:** To be negotiated. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM How to Apply Send your resume to: **recrutamento@lgsautomacao.com.br** Employment Type: CLT (permanent) or Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
