Job Summary: Professional to monitor, plan, and control construction projects, develop schedules, and monitor costs, supporting management and trend analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and planning of construction project deadlines and schedules. 2. Development and updating of physical and financial schedules. 3. Cost monitoring and support for Business Plan projections. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:15; Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour-and-15-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Monitor compliance with procurement deadlines and construction schedules; * Support planning and replanning of activities; * Conduct weekly monitoring of construction execution; * Support monthly closing of completed activities; * Develop and update physical and financial schedules; * Monitor construction costs and support the controller’s team in preparing Business Plan (BP) projections; * Participate in preparing managerial reports and presentations; * Identify and analyze construction cost trends **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward; * Knowledge of construction planning and control; * Advanced-level Excel proficiency; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Power BI; * Prior experience in construction companies; * Postgraduate degree in construction planning and control **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
