Monitor the detailed schedule to ensure delivery deadlines are met. Track activity progress, identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and plan future activities. Support the development of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), progress curves, labor and resource histograms. Interface with engineering, procurement, execution, and client teams to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved. Participate in planning meetings, presenting performance reports and forecasts. Ensure compliance with applicable technical, environmental, and safety standards for port construction projects.
