**JOB OBJECTIVE** Assist in the operational activities of the construction site, supporting civil construction teams, organizing the worksite, transporting materials, and performing general tasks, thereby contributing to the progress of activities with safety and quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and other construction professionals; · Load, unload, and transport materials; · Prepare mortars, concrete, and plaster mixes; · Clean and organize the construction site; · Sort tools and materials for task execution; · Assist in assembling and disassembling temporary structures; · Support masonry, finishing, and concreting tasks; · Maintain tools and equipment in good condition; · Comply with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; · Perform other related duties as required by the project. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION:** Completed elementary school (preferred). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** · Availability for on-site work; · Basic knowledge of civil construction activities; · Commitment to safety standards. **WORK EXPERIENCE:** Previous experience in construction sites or civil construction is preferred. **SKILLS:** · Teamwork; · Organization; · Agility; · Responsibility; · Proactivity; · Physical fitness for operational tasks.
