Job Summary: This position involves assisting in various civil construction activities, from material preparation to site organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in various phases of civil construction 2. Site organization and cleaning 3. Assistance in assembling structures and foundations * Assist in preparing mortar, concrete, and materials. * Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment. * Perform manual excavations for foundations, trenches, and bases. * Support the laying of blocks, flooring, pipes, and components. * Assist in constructing drainage structures and foundations. * Clean and organize the construction site. * Support the assembly of formwork, shoring, and reinforcement cages. * Manually transport concrete, sand, and other materials. * Assist in backfilling, compaction, and leveling. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and environmental protection.
