Maintain a clean and organized workplace, with experience in the role We have an opportunity available for a Production Assistant CLT (Permanent) **Salary:** R$ 2\.085,93 **Benefits:** Breakfast, Transportation Allowance, Profit Sharing, Life Insurance, Meal Allowance of R$ 372.00 (after 3 months of experience, increases to R$ 472.00), Amil Health Insurance, and Amil Dental Insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48 **Location:** Independência, São Bernardo do Campo **Responsibilities:** Plans activities by reviewing work orders. Assembles forms and molds, organizing, cleaning, and lubricating them. Measures and doses the concrete mix, fills forms/molds with the mix. Molds concrete components, compacting the mix using a vibrating table. Shapes components manually or mechanically, screeding and smoothing molded parts. Performs finishing on concrete components, sanding them and removing burrs. Completes finishing on components and cladding panels produced according to technical specifications and project requirements. Identifies defects—such as flaws and cracks—and evaluates possible corrections. Performs necessary repairs to ensure components’ surfaces achieve a high-quality finish.
