Job Summary: The Production Assistant is responsible for planning and executing assembly, molding, finishing, and repair activities for concrete components, ensuring quality and workplace organization. Assembles forms and molds, organizing, cleaning, and lubricating them. Measures and mixes concrete, fills forms/molds with the mixture. Molds concrete components using a vibrating table to compact the mixture. Shapes components manually or mechanically, screeding and smoothing molded parts. Performs finishing on concrete components, sanding them and removing burrs. Finishes components and cladding panels produced according to technical specifications and project requirements. Identifies defects — such as flaws and cracks — and evaluates possible corrections. Performs necessary repairs to ensure components have a high-quality finish.
