Job Summary: Construction helper to work in an industrial environment, performing material preparation, transportation, site cleaning and organization, excavation, and supporting various construction tasks. Physical work capability and agility **JOB POSTING – CONSTRUCTION HELPER** **️ Responsibilities** * Availability for on-site work in an industrial environment * Assist in preparing materials such as mortar and concrete * Load and transport construction materials * Perform cleaning and organization of the construction site * Carry out excavations * Support masonry, plastering, painting, and installation tasks * Assist in maintenance and organization of tools **Requirements**: * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Basic knowledge of support activities in civil construction * Basic understanding of occupational safety **Mandatory NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards)** * **NR 6 – Personal Protective Equipment** * **NR 12 – Safety in Machinery and Equipment Operations** * **NR 18 – Working Conditions and Environment in the Construction Industry** * **NR 35 – Work at Heights** **️ Experience** * Prior experience as a construction helper (preferred) * Hands-on experience with loading, site cleaning and organization, masonry support, and other general tasks **Skills and Competencies** * Physical work capability * Organization and responsibility * Attention to safety regulations * Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork * Agility and willingness to perform diverse tasks **Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 2\.189,97 **Meals:** provided on-site **Transportation Allowance:** (up to R$ 21.42/day) **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday** \- **07:00 to 17:00** **Work Location** Jardim Mimas Neighborhood – Embu das Artes – SP Click the link below to apply: https://russelvagas.com.br/cadastro\-candidato/.
