Willingness to travel and stay in company-provided accommodations **ELO Telecom is hiring Construction Assistants to work on infrastructure projects, with field activities focused on highway drainage and asphalt paving.** **The professional will be responsible for supporting operational teams in excavation, paving, and finishing tasks, ensuring safe and efficient progress of construction works.** **Requirements:** * Experience in highway construction or asphalt paving is a plus; * Good physical stamina and ability to work in a team; * Commitment, discipline, and responsibility; * Willingness to travel and stay in company-provided accommodations (for 30–60 days, depending on the project). * Assist in **asphalt paving activities**, such as roadbed preparation, cleaning, leveling, and asphalt mixture application; * Support in **trench excavation and backfilling** for conduit installation; * Assist in **transportation and handling of construction materials and equipment**; * Participate in the **assembly and disassembly of temporary structures**; * Collaborate in **cleaning and organizing the construction site**; * Strictly comply with **safety regulations** and use mandatory **PPE**; * Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
