Support for personnel administration and communication **Construction Administrative Assistant** We seek an administrative professional to support construction site operations, contributing to document organization, material control, personnel administration support, and liaison between field teams and the central office. **Responsibilities** * Organization and archiving of administrative and operational documents related to the construction site; * Telephone reception and communication support between the construction site and the office; * Support in material, tool, equipment, and procurement needs control; * Preparation of reports and updating of construction progress spreadsheets; * Support for personnel administration, including attendance tracking, benefits management, and onboarding/offboarding processes; * Receiving and forwarding correspondence, documents, and materials; * Supporting implementation and monitoring of administrative procedures in accordance with company standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Experience in administrative roles, preferably in infrastructure projects or civil construction; * Driver's license category B (mandatory); * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree is a plus. **Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00 \+ 30% hazard pay \= **R$ 2\.860,00**. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, on-site meals, and life insurance. **Location:** Governador Valadares/MG.
