Collaboration to close deals and achieve targets Sales Technical Assistant \- Prokvent **Prokvent** is seeking a **Sales Technical Assistant** to join our unit in the South Zone of São Paulo (Cidade Ademar). We are a company with over 10 years of experience, specializing in customized solutions for kitchen and gourmet area exhaust systems. We seek someone who combines strong customer relationship skills with solid technical knowledge to support our commercial team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing direct support for sales of our products and services; * Serving customers by identifying their needs and offering appropriate technical solutions; * Preparing and delivering clear technical and commercial presentations; * Collaborating with the commercial team to close deals and achieve targets; * Assisting in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our products. **What we expect from you:** * **Technical Skill:** Ability to understand our systems and assist in providing technical support to customers; * **Communication:** Strong fluency for conversations, negotiations, and presentations; * **Customer Service Experience:** Prior experience engaging with clients and focusing on customer satisfaction; * **Sales Knowledge:** Familiarity with commercial processes and negotiation. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Technical education in related fields; * Prior experience in the industrial sector or corporate environments. **Job Details:** * **Work Model:** On-site (São Paulo \- South Zone / Cidade Ademar); * **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT; * **Work Environment:** Collaborative and specialized technical and engineering team.
