Send us your resume! **This and all other job openings listed are available for people with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide remote customer service via telephone using a headset, WhatsApp, or other customer service tools used by the company; * Act in a consultative manner, presenting the company's solutions and performing sales and other services, such as plan migrations, changes of account holder, and address transfers for customers; * Verify feasibility with the engineering department, negotiate with the customer, and advance the sales process; * Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out installations and monitor the process until activation; * Prioritize achieving established commercial and quality targets, as well as customer satisfaction; * Occasionally participate in in-person commercial activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **Skills:** Experience in customer service, strong communication skills, organization, and responsibility; Interest in technology and ability to learn about new products, proactive in seeking knowledge; Flexibility and adaptability to business, people, and processes; Computer literacy and agility. **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing a higher education degree or technical course in Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, and/or related fields. **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Opportunity to work onsite in Timbó/SC.** Since 1997, we have been guided by customer centricity, delivering telecommunications solutions for residential, corporate, and government clients.
