Key Highlights: 1. Assist in building repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry). 2. Ensure the proper care and preservation of tools, equipment, and materials. 3. Support event setup and teardown, and monitor equipment. If you are a professional with an owner's mindset and relentless drive for exceptional results, this is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in building repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry); * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety during and after services; ensure the proper care and preservation of tools, equipment, and materials; * Support event setup and teardown at the facility; * Perform work at heights (roofs, gutters, façades, lamp replacement) following safety regulations; * Monitor equipment operation in the Machinery Room. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (2:00 PM – 10:20 PM); * Mobility to work in Itapissuma/PE.
