Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets, quantifying materials and resources, and supporting economic feasibility assessments, while collaborating across multiple departments. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects and services. 2. Coordination with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance departments. 3. Opportunity to apply AutoCAD and cost spreadsheet expertise. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and analysis of construction and service budgets * Quantification of materials and cost composition * Quotation requests to suppliers and service providers * Support in economic feasibility analysis and cost control * Coordination with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance departments **Requirements:** * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings * Experience with cost spreadsheets * Knowledge of AutoCAD * Willingness to travel and conduct technical site visits * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability **Preferred Qualification:** Knowledge of SPCI **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Benefits:** Medical Assistance and Meal Voucher **Compensation:** R$ 4.200,00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary Range: R$4.000,00 – R$4.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
