If you enjoy working in a team-oriented, dynamic, and welcoming environment that offers continuous learning opportunities, join us \#MakingADifference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and monitor support tickets (incidents and service requests) * Perform testing and validation of fixes and new features * Ensure deliverables meet requested requirements * Support the definition and validation of requirements together with end users * Act as the interface between end users and technical teams (development/infrastructure) * Record and document processes, issues, and solutions * Monitor day-to-day operations of legacy and adjacent systems, identifying bugs and recurring tickets to drive continuous improvement **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing) * Basic knowledge of system logic or business processes * Appropriate mathematical reasoning ability * Experience providing system support or user assistance * Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical terms * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Willingness to travel for on-site training in Marília for a period to be defined * Proficient writing skills to respond clearly, concisely, and grammatically correctly to user tickets * Programming skills may accelerate internal development **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Education assistance * Pharmacy partnership * Discounts with partner companies The name "Tauste" honors the founders' grandparents — Spanish immigrants from the town of Tauste, who arrived in Brazil in the early twentieth century.
