Job Summary: An architecture professional responsible for preparing and supervising technical drawings and projects, supporting construction and quality teams, and conducting quantity surveys. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and supervision of technical drawings and projects 2. Support to project, production, and quality teams on site 3. Conducting material and service quantity surveys Prepare technical drawings; Supervise structural project reviews and technical site visits, and prepare reports; Supervise the preparation of technical drawings and projects; Review technical projects, reporting possible deviations during execution; Perform data entry and system updates relevant to the position; Support project and production teams on site; Supervise consultant site visits; Support the quality department with project-related information for compiling and delivering the data book; Support the quality department in concrete traceability; Conduct quantity surveys (materials and services) for the project. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM is desirable; It is essential that the candidate resides in the city or surrounding region due to the requirement for 100% on-site work and daily attendance; Prior experience in the requested qualifications and in the Civil Construction sector is mandatory.
