Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Coordinator (PCM) Assistant to support resource identification, monitor materials, analyze consumption reports, and participate in safety activities. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to PCM and field technicians 2. Monitoring of material and service requirements 3. Active participation in safety and root cause analysis We are looking for a **Maintenance Planning Coordinator (PCM) Assistant** responsible for: * Supporting the PCM and field technicians in identifying maintenance resources for the unit; * Supporting the recording process of maintenance work orders (hours worked, materials used, order completion); * Monitoring material and service requirements to ensure availability on the scheduled date; * Analyzing and issuing reports on maintenance’s inventory item consumption; * Following up with the Procurement Department; * Participating in Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and safety activities at the unit; * Accompanying field technicians’ activities to ensure compliance and quality of scheduled tasks; * Supporting Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implementation of action plans. **Requirements:** * Experience in field maintenance planning; * Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation; * Basic knowledge of maintenance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, backlog, plan compliance, and failure rate, with ability to track work orders; * Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM, TOTVS, SISMAT, CMMS, Manutenção.net, or similar. **Preferred Qualification:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
