It offers products and services aimed at increasing operational efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities:** Conduct customer prospecting. Prepare commercial proposals. Follow up on orders with customers. Provide customer service through various channels. Support the sales team in commercial routines. Update information in the CRM system. Perform other related activities in the commercial and customer service areas.
