IMS Assistant

Job Summary: This professional will assist in maintaining and updating the IMS, control documents, support the development of procedures, and monitor performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in maintaining and updating the IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) 2. Control and distribution of documents and records 3. Support in developing internal procedures and policies **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in **maintaining and updating the IMS** (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others). * Perform **control and distribution of documents, forms, and records**. * Support the development and review of **procedures, work instructions, and internal policies**. * Monitor **performance indicators** and generate reports. * Track **action plans, nonconformity handling, and continuous improvement initiatives**. * Support the organization of **internal and external audits**. * Provide support to departments in applying IMS standards. * Participate in and support **campaigns, training sessions, and awareness activities** related to the IMS. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Administration, or related fields). * Prior coursework or experience in IMS, Quality, Environment, or Occupational Health and Safety is desirable.
