




Job Summary: A professional to provide support for the Quality Management System (QMS), including preparing and controlling documents, assisting in audits, and monitoring quality indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Support the preparation and review of QMS documents 2. Assist in controlling quality records and non-conformities 3. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO and ABNT * Support the preparation, review, and control of QMS documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, and checklists); * Assist in controlling quality records; * Support internal and external audits; * Monitor and record non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions; * Assist in monitoring quality indicators; * Support training related to quality and internal procedures; * Ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements (e.g., ISO, ABNT, or internal requirements). * Requirements: * Technical or higher education in Quality, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems; * Knowledge of document preparation and control; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Advantages: * Prior experience in the quality field; * Knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage; * Experience with internal audits is an advantage; * Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
