Monitoring production flow and ensuring quality 3. Collaborating with design on technical feasibility Assist in garment production planning and control, ensuring on-time delivery and product quality. Monitor production flow across all stages—from fabric cutting to final garment completion—ensuring efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with the design and product development department to ensure technical and operational feasibility of new styles. Track inventory of fabrics, trims, and other materials required for production, ensuring adequate supply to prevent delays. Generate periodic reports on production performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Requirements: Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields such as Fashion, Production Engineering, or similar disciplines. Prior experience in garment manufacturing companies or roles related to production planning and control is considered an advantage. Solid knowledge of PCP techniques specific to the textile industry. Strong analytical skills and ability to efficiently solve problems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
