Benefits Assistant RP ENGENHARIA is looking for a Benefits Assistant to join our team. We seek a candidate with experience in audits and labor proceedings, capable of supporting all activities related to the company's benefits. Responsibilities: * Conduct audits of labor proceedings; * Monitor, execute, and supervise labor proceedings; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits; * Process benefit requests and implement required changes; * Provide support to employees regarding benefit-related matters, such as eligibility questions, benefit usage, etc.; * Collaborate with the HR and payroll teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in benefit processing; * Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to benefits, applying them correctly in company practices. Requirements: * Driver's License Category B * Experience driving manual transmission vehicles * Prior experience with audits and labor proceedings; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Analytical skills to review and interpret benefit-related information and data; * Proficiency with benefits systems and software; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
