Construction documentation control and on-site support A civil construction company seeks an Administrative Assistant for Construction Projects in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Provide itinerant administrative, organizational, and operational support to construction teams. Ensure effective information flow among the construction site, office, and client. Support staff with their administrative and operational needs on-site. Maintain efficient and collaborative relationships with the construction project client. Control construction documentation, such as service orders, daily logs, and reports. Assist in controlling material and equipment inventory on-site. Record working hours and production outputs.
